About the Recipe
Yes please! Chocolatey and healthy. Naturally gluten & dairy free and a nice dose of protein and fiber too. Plus a sneaky way to get some veges into the kids.

Ingredients
1/2 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup almond meal
2 TBS cocoa or cacao
2 eggs
1/2 - 3/4 cup almond or soy milk
1 small ripe banana
1/2 small zuchinni
1 tsp baking powder
(Dark choc chips optional)
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Start with 1/2 cup milk. Whizz and if it’s to thick add the extra 1/4 cup of milk.
Heat a pan up with a drizzle of olive or coconut oil and pour mini pancakes. Flip when golden on both sides.
Serve with vanilla coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit or a dash of maple.
The banana naturally sweetens the pancakes but you’re welcome to add 1 TBS maple to the blender too.
Super quick to make and delicious.
