About the Recipe
I actually really enjoyed this. It was raining last night and I felt like a warm piece of cake and this was perfect. And cacao is full magnesium so great for sleep 😉
I hardly ever use the microwave except for softening butter but this worked a treat.

Ingredients
2 TBS Buckwheat flour
1 TBS raw cacao powder @seleno.health
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp @mitchells.nz chocolate protein powder (optional)
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or light olive oil
1/2 -1 TBS maple syrup (depending on how sweet you’d like it)
3 TBS almond milk
2 pieces of dark chocolate Cream/yoghurt or icecream to dollap on top of the mudcake.
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients in a small cup. ( Make sure the cup is an even size all over )
Then add your wet ingredients and stir well until all combined.
Pop 2 pieces of dark chocolate into the middle of the mug and microwave for 40-60 secs depending on your microwave. Try 40 secs first, check it and if it’s still a bit liquid try 10-20 seconds more!
Optional but yummy with a dollap of vanilla coconut yoghurt / ice cream / cream or a dash of soy/almond milk.
