About the Recipe

The easiest breakfast that will set you well up for the day with a good dose of protein to curb sugar spikes through your the day and give you sustained energy.

Ingredients

1/3 cup organic oats


30g Vanilla protein powder


2 tsp chia seeds


1 heaped tsp ground flax seeds


1 TBS sliced almonds


1 TBS almond or peanut butter


Pinch cinnamon


1/2 cup almond milk


1/4 cup water

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. If its too thick in the morn to get your spoon in, add a dash more water or milk and give it a stir.


✨Top with fresh fruit, almonds, granola, cacao nibs, peanut butter, coconut yoghurt. Endless yummy nourishing options!
