Almond Banana Bread

About the Recipe
SAVE this recipe! It’s delicious when warm and you get those crunchy toasty walnuts! It’s also GF, DF, & refined sugar-free.

Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas
1/3 cup olive oil or melted butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts and extra for decoration
1 cup almond meal
1 cup buckwheat flour or Rice Flour
2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180c Fanbake
Mix the wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients.
Pour into a lined loaf tin and sprinkle with more chopped walnuts or dark choc.
Bake at 180C for 45-50 mins until it’s got a crunchy golden top!
