Apple pie smoothie bowl

About the Recipe

Perfect for an arvo snack full of healthy fats & protein.
And tastes just like an apple pie!

Ingredients

2 large frozen ripe bananas


1 apple


20g vanilla protein powder


1 TBS almond or any nut butter


1/2 tsp cinnamon


2 TBS almond milk


Sprinkle of salt

Preparation

Pop all ingredients into a blender and whip until creamy.


(I wait approx 5 mins for the banana to soften slightly so it’s easier to blend + they go more creamy) or adding a bit more milk can help moves things along.


Pour into your fav bowl and sprinkle with granola or more fresh fruit, seeds, or nuts.
