Chaiwalla Muffins

About the Recipe
Squishy and full of Chai flavours. Perfect with a cup of Chai or coffee ☕️

Ingredients
3 small very ripe bananas mashed
1/3 coconut oil
2 eggs
3 TBS rice malt syrup, maple or honey
1 TBS Almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup strong chai tea
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 c
In a bowl whisk all the wet ingredients together then add the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Place mixture into 8 lined muffins tins.
Bake for 25 mins or until golden and crunchy on top.
Let cool before removing as they are squishy from the coconut flour.
Enjoy with a cup of hot Chai tea!
