Fro-yo raspberry bites

About the Recipe

A refreshing nutritious little snack. If you haven't made my raspberry chia jam yet - well go make it, you'll love it. Or you can mash some frozen fruit and mix it into your yoghurt. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Vanilla Coconut yoghurt


1/2 Cup Raspberry chia jam ( Recipe on my website )

Or mashed raspberries mixed with a dash of maple.



Preparation

Grab a silicon mould.


And fill the first half in each mould with raspberry chia jam and then top with the vanilla coconut yoghurt.

Place the mould into the freezer for 2-3 hours until set.


Then pop them out when you're ready to gobble them up.

Leave them for a couple of minutes to soften slightly.


Play around with different flavours. Mashed mango & lime is really nice. Fresh strawberries and mint too.
