Hot Maca Cacao
This has become part of my morning ritual!
Cacao is high in magnesium, potassium and iron & Maca may help support and balance hormones to assist with PMS. I love my it for this and the burnt caramel taste it gives.

Ingredients
1 cup Almond or Soy milk
2 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1 small square of dark choc (optional) but makes it creamy!
1 tsp neutral bone broth (optional) i love @mitchells.nz
Preparation
Make a paste with the cacao, Maca, cinnamon & maple, chocolate square and some hot water.
Then frothy your milk and pour over the paste and stir until all combined.
(If you haven’t got a milk frother or coffee machine - pop warmed milk into a coffee plunger and froth the milk with the plunger up and down until it’s thickens! )✨ Sprinkle some more cinnamon or grated dark chocolate on the top.
Then I sit down and mindfully sip on your hot cacao ☕️
