Mango & Ginger Lassi

About the Recipe

A little spin off from the mango Lassi’s I used to drink up in India.

So refreshing and you get a little ginger kick at the end too. The coconut yoghurt & mango give it that classic lassi taste.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen or fresh mango


1 small banana


1 cup milk ( I used almond)


1 small knob of ginger


2 tsp chia seeds


1 heaped tsp peanut butter or any nut butter I used @fixandfogg


Dollap of vanilla or plain coconut yoghurt @cathedralcovenaturals


Scoop of protein powder


Ice

Preparation

Place all the ingredients into a blender.


Blend until smooth and enjoy.


(If the lassi is to thick just add some more milk or dash of water)
