Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Great for a healthy snack & lunchboxes.

Ingredients
1 cup Almond meal
1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter - I love @picspeanutbutter Smunchie!
1/4 cup dark chocolate chopped
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp ground flax/linseeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Preparation
Mix the almond meal + nut butter together until well combined. Then, add in the rest of the ingredients, stir and roll into balls. Add 1-2 tbsp almond milk or water if it’s to dry. And if it’s to wet add a little more almond meal or protein powder.
I keep my brownie bites in the fridge - They keep for approximately 5 days in a sealed container.
