About the Recipe

I love it so Matcha 💚

Whole leaf green tea concentrate loaded with folate.
With just a third of the caffeine of coffee, balanced by all its unique nutrients it’s has a special focusing effect! It was used by monks for focus & clarity. The green tea amino acid, L-theanine (L-THE) is associated with several health benefits, including improvements in mood, cognition and a reduction of stress and anxiety-like symptoms.

Matcha can be added to smoothie, juices, desserts or enjoy this nourishing vanilla latte ✨

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon of organic Matcha


I love @ceresorganics , @thea_matcha @matchamatchanz


1/2 -1 tsp maple syrup


1 cup plant based milk (I used organic @pureharvest Soy)


1/2 tsp vanilla paste or extract

Preparation

Make a paste with the matcha and 1 Tbs of cold water. Add the maple & vanilla & stir. Or if you have a matcha whisk, add an extra Tablespoon of water and whisk until frothy.


Then top with freshly steamed frothy milk. Dust with extra matcha or some cinnamon.
