Warm Jaffa Brownies

About the Recipe

Squishy & orange-y and Must be eaten warm! I didn’t have a brownie recipe on my page so thought I’d better change that! This Brownie is gluten free, can be dairy free, grain free & refined sugar free.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups almond flour


1 teaspoon baking powder


1/2 teaspoon salt


5 tablespoons butter melted or coconut oil


1/2 cup Maple syrup


3/4 cup cocoa powder or raw cacao


3 large eggs


1/2 cup finely grated zucchini


1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 2 drops @doterra vanilla oil


Zest of one orange


1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

In a bowl place all the wet ingredients and mix well. Add the dry ingredients and stir until all combined.


Place in a lined 20x20 baking tray & bake at 180c for 18-20 mins.


Keep an eye on it as it cooks quickly. If you pop a skewer though the brownie it should come out clean and still have a squishy moist texture.
